NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Perella Weinberg Partners today announced that Kevin Stahl has joined the Firm as a Managing Director in its Advisory Group. Based in New York, Mr. Stahl will provide strategic and financial advice and capital raising services to clients in the Real Estate sector.
Mr. Stahl has 17 years of real estate and investment banking experience. Previously, Mr. Stahl was a Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Director at GE Real Estate in the North America Equity division, where he led the Business Development/M&A effort. Mr. Stahl began his investment banking career at Morgan Stanley.

Biography of Kevin Stahl
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Stahl was a Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to that, Mr. Stahl was a Managing Director at GE Real Estate in the North America Equity division, where he led the Business Development/M&A effort. Before joining GE, Mr. Stahl was an investment banker in Deutsche Bank’s Global Corporate Finance, Real Estate Group, and in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. Mr. Stahl began his career as an Analyst at JP Morgan.
Mr. Stahl received a Bachelor of Arts in Government, with Honors, from Lehigh University.
